GiantMouse Ace Biblio – Game Over ???

Man I gotta tell you… it ain’t easy picking up a GiantMouse Ace Biblio in micarta these days! I just had to see what the fuss was about, so luckily one of my Instagram followers was kind enough to loan me one in Green Micarta to check out for a few weeks. Now that the search is over, is it really worth all of the hype surrounding it? who makes it? how does it stack up to other EDC knives? is the wire clip sturdy enough for EDC? Is it an office or everyday folder?

All these questions and more are answered in this video. To tell you the truth I’m gonna be sad giving this guy back to his owner but hopefully stock is replenished soon! Have you checked out GiantMouse knives yet? If not, you should!! (video below)

Don’t Buy the Glock 48 (Read/Watch this First!)

Welcome back, DCS Crew! So unless you’ve been living under a rock, you may know that Glock released two new single stack pistols earlier this year, each with a 10-round capacity: the Glock 43x and Glock 48.

Glock’s model 43 was already an excellent seller… and while most of the market was receptive to the new models,  you can save yourself some time and money by checking out this video and heeding my advice. Don’t pick up the G48! Why? Check out the video and sound off with your feedback below. Which do you prefer? (video below).

What’s up DCS crew? Today we have a quick first impressions video on three knives that I’ve picked up recently: check out this unboxing of some new (to me) Kizer, GiantMouse, and PMP knives folders – I really couldn’t wait for full reviews of each one so I decided to do one big video on the three to show you what’s in store for the future. I’ve gotta say I really like all three, and they all seem to really excel in their intended purpose!! Which one is your favorite of the three? (video below)

Knife Review – Zero Tolerance 0609 “Almost Perfect”

What is up DCS Crew! Today we are back at it with a Zero Tolerance knife review – in particular, we take a look at the ZT0609 from RJ and Matt Martin. After carrying it for a bit, there are a few small details that keep it from being an absolute perfect knife, but one thing kinda irked me… why didn’t they include a takedown tool?

Special appearance from Kershaw and MXG Gear in this episode. So here’s my question for today – IF you were Zero Tolerance and you put this knife together, how much would you charge for it?? (video below)

Going, Going, GONE! DLT Trading Spyderco PM2 Tan G10/20CV Steel

Whats up DCS Crew? If you’ve ever owned a Spyderco, chances are you’ve heard about their exclusives/sprint runs. The Paramilitary 2 is no stranger to unique colors and steels… and DLT Trading recently released 600 of their ‘dealer exclusive’ models in Tan G10 and CPM 20CV steel exclusively on their site. As you may have guessed, they went quickly. How quickly you ask? IN LESS THAN 4 MINUTES !! So you can imagine my surprise when I was able to snag one directly from them – my first Paramilitary 2!!

This knife model has been reviewed repeatedly since its’ release but the truth is, I was really looking to pick up this version as it is a serious upgrade from their standard S30V model. Fun Fact – CPM 20CV is (chemically) very similar to Bohler M390 and Carpenter CTS204P.

—-   So my question is, what do you think is your favorite version of the PM2? (Video Below)    —-

Benchmade Nakamura 484-1: Worth the $$$?

Whats up DCS crew? Today we have a heck of a knife from Benchmade Knife Company that has received an ‘upgrade’ in materials and blade steel from the original Nakamura model 484. While there is no doubt that the setup is nothing short of awesome, two nagging questions will be discussed about Benchmade’s 484-1:

1) Is the knife worth the upgrade?

2) Is the upgrade worth the price tag?

Get ready as I go in-depth with one of of Benchmade’s many quality knives… one with arguably one of the smoothest actions I have ever had the pleasure of EDC’ing! Do you have one? Do you plan on picking one up? Video Below:

spyderco-logo-2

IT.HAS.ARRIVED.

It’s finally here, folks! The Kevin Smock collaboration with Spyderco has finally hit (some) stores and I happened to finally pick up my pre-order from KnifeJoy.com about a week ago. Today’s video is an in-depth look at the knife itself, discussion regarding the knife’s specs, comparison between a few other EDC knives I rotate, things I like about it, and things I felt could use some improvement. Do you have one? Do you plan on picking one up?

Check out the video below and let me know what you think of the Smock production knife from Spyderco!

How To: “Safely” Disassemble your Smith & Wesson M&P Pistol (+ No Trigger-Pull Method!)

***** Disclaimer: Always treat every firearm as if it is loaded! Be sure to exercise caution when handling ANY and ALL firearms *****

Well, it’s tax-return season and that means many people in the pro-gun community are going to be out shopping for some new firearms. Smith and Wesson’s M&P line remains a functional, reliable and (somewhat) inexpensive option. That being said, this video goes out to those looking for help on how to field strip their pistol. Here are two ways to safely field strip your M&P pistols, whether it’s the Full-Size, Compact or Shield – 1.0 or 2.0.

In fact, I’ll even show you how to field strip them without even pulling the trigger! And for those wondering, both firearms shown are guns I’ve purchased, modded, and carry – my M&P Shield 2.0 in 45acp, and my M&P 9c (the 1.0 version).

… so now the question is… what will your next fun purchase be? (Video Below)
